Parents Information

Clothing and physical condition

From the age of 3, you can entrust your children to the specialized instructors of the Swiss Ski School Montreux Riviera.  The instructors in charge of your children will be at your disposal for any information you may need regarding the lesson.

Make sure your children feel comfortable in their ski boots, don't hesitate to adjust and close them at home to test them before going on the slopes.

Also provide your child with a backpack with a snack and a water bottle, skiing makes you hungry!

Helmets are strongly recommended during lessons. The ski school declines all responsibility in case of accidents.

Don't forget that this is an outdoor sport activity, in the mountains and most of the time in the cold. Remember to always put a neck warmer in the pocket of the jacket as well as a ski mask (goggles).

The child must have slept enough, eaten a good breakfast in the morning and a good lunch for the afternoon classes.  They should also drink regularly during the day. In addition, it is important to think about the snack to bring to the lessons.
