My first skiing experience
My first ski experience is a private session of two hours which allows you to put skis on for the first time while being supervised from A to Z. The equipment (skis, shoes, helmet and poles) is included and provided on site.

Learn to ski in three days
The ESS Montreux Riviera and its instructors promise that you will be able to ski after three sessions of 4 hours of lessons.

Meeting
Learners meet their ski instructor at Rochers-de-Naye, where they will be equipped.

In a relaxed atmosphere and without any pressure, these private lessons allow you to feel at ease with an instructor.
Performance
The topics covered aim at specific objectives of progression for beginners. It is about acquiring the first sensations of sliding, skiing and braking.
